All About Dogs Coastal Rescue would like to share this letter in memory of Alice Blue.
Our beloved mother, Alice Blue passed away on April 27th, 2012.
Born July 1, 1923, she was 88. For those of you who knew Alice and have spent time with her, you know she would want us to celebrate her life. We ask that you don’t mourn her death but celebrate with the stories she told, the poems she wrote and most of all the ice cream and chocolate she loved so much! So the next time you eat a piece of chocolate or enjoy your favorite flavor of ice cream, make a toast to Alice and remember as she would say “You deserve it”!
One of Alice’s favorite poems;
Love is like a lizard
It wraps around your heart
And nibbles at your gizzard
She will be missed but always loved,
Ann & Nick Mero, Kevin Blue, Craig Blue and her grandchildren.
All About Dogs would like to thank all that donated in memory Alice Blue.

Peggy Corte Shilston
A long time resident of Fairhope, passed away April 21, 2015 with her family by her side after a year long battle with ovarian cancer. Peggy had a fun sense of humor mixed with a spunky attitude. Peggy's life was dedicated to her family and friends as she was always striving to help make other's lives easier.

Donna Sue Burnett Freyaldenhoven
July 2, 1959 - May 29, 2016
Donna and husband Chris lived in Meridian MS and also had a home in Gulf Shores, AL where Donna attended Our Lady of the Gulf in Gulf Shores, AL.
Donna was the Food Service Director for Meridian Public Schools. She was set to retire at the end of June this year after 28 years of service with the state. Donna married Chris on August 9, 1986 and they were about to celebrate 30 years together.
Donna was a beloved mother and wife. Family and friends were the passion and delight of her life. She loved to be surrounded by people and would constantly entertain and host parties at their homes. The coast was her favorite place to be and she made a point to be there as often as she could. She loved to travel and was frequently planning family vacations, always looking for "a good deal." She lived a full life; a life well-traveled, a life well-lived, and a life full of love—love she gave and love she received. She had a beautiful spirit and loved every person and animal she ever met. She brought so much joy to her loved ones by sharing "little happys" with them over the years.
Donna loved her husband and he loved her back so much. She loved her children. She loved us all unconditionally.
She is survived by her husband Chris Freyaldenhoven, by her three children; Hallie Freyaldenhoven of Little Rock, AR, Andy Freyaldenhoven of Meridian, MS, Maggie Freyaldenhoven of Pensacola, FL, her sister, Susan Burnett of Little Rock, AR and her nephew, Jonathan Harrell of San Francisco, CA.
Donna was a generous and passionate supporter of All About Dogs Coastal Rescue.
The Freyaldenhoven Family and All About Dogs Coastal Rescue would like to thank everyone who so generously made donations in memory of Donna.
